bezels for CRTs

For the construction and assembly of control panels, IPCs, and other equipment with CRT displays you require a bezel to cover the opening between tube and front panel.

ttv offers a complete product line of standard bezels for different CRT sizes.

front mounting
an easy snap-on procedure firmly secures the bezel in the opening of a 3mm front panel covering ist cut-out edges (the bezels can be modified upon request to accommodate other front panel thicknesses).

rear mounting:
the bezel can be bonded from the back with double sided tape into the front panel opening without covering the cut-out edges (the bezel is flush with a front panel of 3mm thickness).

gaskets for bezels

ttv also offers a standard program of rubber gaskets that can be snapped onto the edges of the bezels for sealing against dust, dirt, and chemicals.

The gaskets provide excellent sealing by merely applying minimal pressure during assembly due to a special double-lip design.
