ttv is renown for its machining and processing of plastics, metals and non-ferrous metals in highest precision and quality and delivers display filters in acrylic and polycarbonate or front panels in aluminum machined to customer drawing (including silk screen print, adhesives, assembled, with conductive lacquer for EMI/RFI requirements, and more).

Continuous investment in technology and machinery (e.g. cutting and NC milling, laser cutting and engraving, or plotting), partly in-house developments, provides ttv with high tech equipment to produce parts in a quality and precision unique in plastics processing.

Owing to the diversity of technical equipment, virtually all customer requirements can be met and the optimal solution regarding feasibility, precision, and cost can be found.

ttv offers parts machined to customer drawings not only from their own, tremendous range of high quality optical materials, but also from any customer furnished materials.

Hot cold film laminating

In particular: laminating of (protection) films and adhesive films to plastic sheet / filter materials for electronic displays, e.g. for customized light diffusors / diffusor filters.

ttv offers custom-fit frames or passe-partouts of double-sided adhesive (e.g. TTV0403, TTV0404 for low-energy surfaces, 3M-MP200) for easy and clean mounting of display windows into enclosures.
Delivery of the windows is typically with adhesive frames already laminated to the window. The assembler then only has to remove the protection film in order to mount the window into the enclosure.

conductive silver lacquer (busbar)

Display windows that require EMI/RFI shielding (windows with cast-in mesh or ITO coatings) need conductive paint or lacquer around their edges to allow for electric contacting with the enclosure.
ttv offers application of such conductive paint in L-shape, U-shape or Z-shape.


printing

ttv delivers custom display windows in acrylic and polycarbonate also with single-color or multi-color screen print. Purpose-developed paints and inks allow printing even on multicoated and hard coated surfaces.

Depending on technical feasibility, the printing comes after mechanical processing on singularized windows or multiple printed panels are the basis for mechanical processing (milling, laser cutting or the like).
High quality finish, even of nonstandard details or special requests (special inks for light or infrared sensors, delicate lines, printed adhesives and more) is a matter of course.

ttv offers display windows in cast acrylic even for more eccentric, non-plane designs. A controlled curve radius can be bent into window by precision forming the acrylic (for certain applications even with coated materials).
