The focus of our activities is on the design, manufacture and sale of filter discs and optical filters for all types of Human Machine Interface (HMI).
TTV GmbH (formerly Tupaj-Technik-Vertrieb GmbH) is your competent partner for all mechanical components for the electronic display, the electronic display or the screen of your devices.
Basic materials for the production of custom display discs or filter discs are primarily acrylic glass (commonly known under the brand name Plexiglas Evonik) and polycarbonate, but also mineral glass. Poured acrylic glass (our LUXACRYL) is characterized by the highest optical quality and the narrowest possible thickness tolerance.

Are there any display screens for harsh application environments?
Depending on the application, users make different demands on our display screens. Of course we take that into account.
For operations that are rough, we offer material and hard coating in the highest optical quality. And not only that: Thermoplastic plastics such as polycarbonate make our displays break-resistant and impact-resistant.Do the display screens offer UV protection?
All display screens from ttv GmbH are UV-stable and also offer both UV protection and weather resistance. It is made possible by the material we use for our displays. Our acrylic is basically made with UV blocker.
How can reflections be reduced on my HMI (Human Machine Interface)?
In order to reduce reflections on your Human Machine Interface, we have two different options available: diffused matt and optical antireflective coatings. The former, also known as so-called "non-glare antireflection coating", can be applied to acrylic glass as well as to polycarbonate and can also be combined with hard coating. Highest transmission and lowest reflection is provided by the optical anti-reflection coating. We also offer these with additional diffuse-matt anti-reflective coating on acrylic glass.
Can the optical filters be supplied with printing?
Whether acrylic glass or polycarbonate - we can offer you optical filters with additional printing both by means of screen printing as well as in production in digital printing. And not only that: with acrylic glass, our product range also includes hard coating and anti-reflective coating.
How can I install or fix the display screen?
The installation or attachment of display screens can be accomplished by various methods. In some cases, liquid adhesives such as silicone are used via a flange milling, sometimes the attachment is also based on peripherally applied adhesive frame of double-sided transfer adhesive tapes. Also common: the screw connection via holes or ultrasonic welding on acrylic surfaces without hard coating.
Do you also offer curved display screens?
The production of display discs, which have a curvature is basically possible. If you want such a bulge for acrylic glass with hard coating and anti-reflective coating, this is also possible in large radii.
